I shot Victoria + Olivier's non traditional wedding last August at the Orange Art Gallery. They had so many unique attributes to their day. They had bag pipes and the family band play during the ceremony. Victoria told me when we talked on the phone that they were most interested in photos with and of family and friends who are dear to them. They had a quick ceremony and an even quicker time allotted for scheduled photos. Then they had a buffet style dinner followed by speeches and opening up the dance floor.

I got to second shoot Ashley + Kyle’s wedding for Laura Fenny Photography this past summer. Part of my job for the day was to take photos of the guys getting ready before the ceremony and of them opening their gifts as thanks from Kyle for being part of the bridal party. The gifts clearly had a lot of thought behind them. A watch was engraved for the father of the groom. And a journal was personalized for the bride's brother with the sweetest little details. Also a dance party may have broken out after all the gifts were opened.
