La Marcotterie Business Branding Session

Meet Elodie, owner of La Marcotterie. Her shop sells French inspired minimalist skincare, made with heart in Canada. She’s located in Gatineau, Quebec. I met Elodie a few years ago now. And I shot her engagement photos last summer. We decided to do her business branding session at the Tropical Green House (a very popular spot this year!!). Golden hour is of course my favourite time of the day to shoot, so we met a little bit before sunset and made some magic for her business Instagram feed!

A little bit about Elodie. She used to be an engineer but gave it up to pursue her dream of becoming a full time entrepreneur. Her business has taken right off. She’s doing SO WELL! I love stories like this! Hard work, dedication and time paying off for women who have decided that the 9-5 life is not for them! I am one of those women as well. 

Being an entrepreneur is can be exhausting and frustrating and heart breaking at times. But it’s also heart warming, exciting and so rewarding! It’s such an honour to be able to highlight small business owners who are making their dreams come true.
